I have bought several kayaks from this company. They sold me a Prijon Calabria that was molded off kilter at the nose(two halfs not symetrical)and it was OBVIOUS. Due to the non symetry, when I paddled it(and I was NOT a new paddler)it kept pulling to one side. I spent $750 on that(used)and felt that the boat never should have been sold even as new as it was mfg defective. Corey was hesitant to take care of it and when I finally was allowed to bring it back in, they gave me my money back and then a manager(Paul)BANNED me from the store for good! I had my wife and young son with me when he did that and it was needless and embarrassing. I have my own business and would NEVER sell mfg defective equipment...but if it happened I would not ever handle it that way! ALSO: Just prior to returning to the store for my refund, the NW rep for Callabria came out to my house. He AGREED and said he would "find another". He told NA something otherwise! I still kayak, and WITHOUT 'Next Aggravation'.

I was skeptical after hearing so many good things about this place, but it is really cool. The selection might be overwhelming to some people used to sterile, 'upscale' shops (not so name names, but whose initials might be R.E.I). Lots of great deals in all kinds of nooks and crannies, mixed with the usual high-end top of the line gear. Used gear is awesome in the basement, and you can sell them your stuff at a reasonable exchange (not great, but reasonable). Staff is super helpful!

This place is a great supporter of local non profit organizations.
