Central City Concern assists homeless and poor individuals and is located in Portland, Ore. Its services include health and recovery, housing and residential and employment. Its Portland Alternative Health Center offers outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program for homeless and low-income clients. Additionally, it offers services to people with disabilities, criminal records, single adults, pregnant women, single parent families and low income individuals.
