As immediate family-we have found them to be insolent,rude,lacking in management abilities,taking far too long to get pain levels under control.My life partner of 10 years has been there 5 weeks and is still suffering! I was told by one of the nurses"We have gone to great expense providing your husband w/ an epidural and pain pump and he is just dying!" How would you feel,do not subject your family to this.They are alright if your family member dies right away,you do not see the underlying issues.Sadly we now do.
