Founded in 1955, the Oregon Youth Authority is one of the state juvenile corrections agencies that provides supervision and treatment services for youth offenders. Located in Portland, Ore., the agency offers vocational rehabilitation programs. It also administers transition programs that provide treatment and educational services.
