If I could, I'd give Pacific Cascade Town Car negative stars. The only reason they are getting one is because I have to pick at least one to post.



I work for a local non-profit. PCTC donated a limo ride as part of a wine tasting package for one of our fundraisers. When the winning bidder called to arrange their trip, she was told they were busy and would call her back. This happened twice and they never did.



I then took over, feeling terrible that our supporter was having such a hard time. I left no less than 5 telephone messages and sent 3 emails and I never heard back.



Luckily, Twilite Limousines swooped in and saved the day. They are a joy to work with!

Had a very bad experience with this company. Teresa the manager was very rude.

I am always impressed when the driver arrives ahead of schedule, because it relieves any concern as to if they will be on time. Pacific's drivers always arrive early and I am alwaus grateful.

I have had nothing but good experiences in my dealing with Pacific Cascade Towncar, they were able to accommodate a schedule that was out of the ordinary for a great price and a plush ride. Great job!

I had an exceptional trip to the airport. They took all the stress out of going to airport. I didn't have to wake my family, and they were there 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up. The driver was in a tie and jacket. They really wowed me.
