Found my lost program

I'm no tech wiz, but I was really unhappy to turn on my computer and see that the Excel icon had disappeared from my desktop, from my frequently used program list, and from the "all programs" list. Excel files were there but the program seemed invisible. I spoke with Shawn at Pacific Solutions and he helped me over the phone, gratis. I owe them one.
