If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would! Please review BBB complaints and reviews. Poor customer service, extremely poor delivery (delays or not at all). We ordered several items from scoutparts.com totaling $1,188.91 on or before 15 Apr 16. One part was almost half that order. They deducted money from my son's debit card account immediately. After several weeks of not receiving the item, I got involved. On 3 May 15, they did not respond to my call. My son called and they were rude, talked down to him and after requesting a refund or a discount, they said "That will never happen". When I told them I would file a complaint with BBB and leave negative feedback everywhere, they said "Is that it?". They finally contacted another reputable IH dealer who shipped the part for them. I will never do any business with anyone affiliated with Pacific Supply Group, Inc again. Check their website for who NOT to deal with.
