I've had a number of bikes over the years and I've purchased all of them at Paradise. They are a class act and know how treat a customer. They probably have one of the best darn Service departments I've ever dealt with (car or motorcycle). I always get a warm welcome, hot coffee and good conversation whenever I stop in.

First off, I gave 1 star because I didn't have the option of choosing none. Had a fun experience purchasing a bike and all the stuff to go with it. Had to bring it back after having it for a couple of days thinking we were looking at some repairs. (Fair enough, we bought it as-is. We purchased the extended warranty just for this reason.) Then we found out that the bike we bought would not be suitable for two riders. What a slap! Thatâs is the reason we bought a bike and the very opposite of what we were told numerous times when purchasing the bike. From there it went downhill. We learned from the former GM that they will tell you what you need to hear to make the sell. Fascinating! They would not buy the bike back (even after one employee said they would) nor would they work with us on a different bike. Too bad for us, because we listened and trusted them in the first place. I can honestly say it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't even rate stuff online (first for me). The longer we tried to figure something out, the worse it got. Asking questions got you the runaround and no direct answers. No solution was offered, except for trading our current bike for a more expensive bike that we really didn't want. The once friendly employees, turned into snickering groups. The list could go onâ¦This is a perfect store if you want to spend lots of money and never encounter a problem, but if something goes awry WATCH OUT! They could have had a loyal customer coming back for services, gear and upgrades, but hell will freeze over before I spend another dollar there. Hope you made a killing on my bike Paradise Harley. That's the last penny you will see from me.

Had a bad experience with motor cloths manager named Wheeler. I can no longer recommend this business. I have spent a lot of money here and sent folks there to spend their money. They do not have the customer service needed to be a top notch destination.

Provided by YP.comI've purchased all my bikes from this place because when I bought my first, I realized that this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. The service department is top notch. The parts guys and clothing girls are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is always warm!

Provided by YP.comIt looks like many of the not-so-good reviews were written a while ago, but I'm still a little baffled by them because Paradise has always provided me with highest level of service. I've been a customer for over 8 years and I've been very happy with the dealership. Everyone there is so warm and inviting whenever I stop in for a visit. Their Service Department is exceptional and it's the only place in town that I'll let work on my bike. Humans do make mistakes and on the rare occasion a problem has arisen with my bike or clothing/parts that I've purchased, they've always addressed it with the goal of making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this place to current and prospective Harley riders.

Brought my bike in for a re-repair under the extended warranty plan and they tried to hit me up for the $50 deductible. When I pointed out that my bike had been there before for the same repair, they first claimed they needed authorization, then said "Well, that was two years ago." Apparently the contract didn't mean anything and/or I am not supposed to actually RIDE the bike. They absolutely would not give me my bike back without $50 - which is the last $50 they'll ever see from me. Adding to this, they never gave me a copy of the service order (might be evidence?)What's ironic is that I tried to give them at least some business (I bought my bike there, with the $800 extended warranty). Their prices are very high, and I do most of my own work. So in the interest of making $50, they kissed our future relationship goodbye.I ride a lot of miles. I'll be looking for another bike in a couple more years. It would not surprise me if they weren't around to sell it to me.

I have bought 2 bikes from them and I have always been treated well but the service department is the best. They call me by name and treat me like family.

Provided by YP.comTook my fatboy in for service and a new back tire, !st time at Paradise in Tigard, Oregon. I wasn't expecting the best service from them because of what I've heard from friends, but I didn't expect to almost lose my life over it. They called me tuesday night said the bike was ready, got there at 10:00 am the bike was not washed, I couldn't hang around for then to wash it so the service guy wiped it down best he could, well when they put the back tire on the wheel they sprayed it with some kind of waxey looking stuff that covered the entire back wheel and brake rotor, well when I tooled down the street at about 40 went to brake and there was not back brake at all. I've had a few close calls in my 40 plus years of riding but this was one of the closest. Safety is the number one thing when riding and Paradise Harley Failed.
I called and complained to the service manager, he said he would wash the bike, well Iam not going to do business with them, I'll wash my own bike, and I won't be doing business with them again.
