Cierra graduated from Cal Poly State University with a bachelors in Animal Science and a minor in Equine Science. The Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island, Canada was the next destination for a doctorate of veterinary medicine degree.

 

Following her veterinary education, Cierra served as an intern at Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center in Los Olivos, CA. Shortly after completion of her internship she moved to Great Falls, Montana to open her own equine ambulatory practice. Within the year, another opportunity brought them back to the West Coast to land just outside Portland, Oregon where they currently live and work.

 

Outside of Veterinary Medicine, Cierra enjoys all adventures outdoors including riding her horses, running, snowboarding, fly fishing and hiking with her fiance Charles and their two labradors, Jack and Lucy. Charles Dedeker
