My reports use lots of photos, using them to convey any issues quite clearly when I go through the inspection summary with the client and Realtor on site. The results of the report will help you to make your decision based on an objective observation of the home's condition, and can also identify upcoming maintenance issues to ensure the continuing value and comfort of your home.

A thorough, detailed report, clearly written and well illustrated with crisp color photos will point out any problem areas, and will be available the same day as the inspection. Reports are generated with state of the art inspection software and are uploaded to a secure website where they can be viewed by the client and their agent (with the client's permission). The reports can be printed from the website, and forwarded to a third party.
