Welcome to Portland Academy of Self-Defense where we specialize in Hapkido Self-Defense training for men, women, and children. Our Academy was founded on teaching excellence, realistic self-defense training, and results-driven fitness training. Our goal is to help our students reach their full potential. We focus on group fitness classes, flexibility classes, strength and conditioning classes, martial arts and self-defense.
