Worst company to deal with. We've purchased 3 compressors from them in the past and they all had problems from the start. Portland Compressor has the most incompetent service department I have ever done business with. They could not even fix a simple temp sensor but instead created more complications cause they screwed up the repair. I guess they don't know how to use a voltage meter but they call themselves service experts.

Being down for over 2 months on a $10k brand new compressor is unacceptable. For a simple fix that should have been resolved within a week or two, they screwed up and complicated the problem which lasted over two months. Even, the last $7k compressor took over a year for them to fix.

I will never use this company to purchase or service anything anymore. Don't put your business in jeopardy buy dealing with this unprofessional amateur company.

Lots of air compressors to choose from here with all kinds on display. Huge showroom in the new building. Lots of parking now.

Sold us a lemon sprayer and wouldnt give us a refund within 30 days. Obviously this company knows they are selling a bad product. They cant even stand behind the products. Stay away!

Called these guys to work on an industrial size compressor, when they got here they looked at it, then said they don't work on our model/manufacturer and handed me a bill for $105. I'm sure there are plenty of other companies in this line of work that could say and do that for a lot less than $105. The bill was for the service call at $85. and $20. for gas. These guys really do suck.

My boyfriend is fixing my Mom and Dad's house, which is l65 years old. He renovated the basement totally, new foundation (which only about 1/2 the house had any foundation at all) block walls and a new cement floor. My mom is 80 years old and my dad is 77, and this is the first time they have had more than a dirt floor and a crawl space, to get away from tornadoes and severe storms. Orlan (my boyfriend) waterproofed the block walls and started spray painting the walls white (so my parents can actually see where they are going & generally to brighten the basement up, so theycan use it for something other than hiding from tornadoes). He got about 1/4 of the basement painted, when the paint sprayer seized up and wouldn't work at all. We took the model # of the Graco sprayer and looked it up on the net. It luckily, took us to Portland Compressor website, Thank God. The ordering was so easy and quick (I was amazed). I ordered the parts Orlan needed on 1/22/13. The next day I went to track the order ( with GREAT help finding the tracking # from Josh Howard). The parts, actually arrived 1/24/13 (2 days from Portland OR to Logan, IA, amazing). I was ecstatic that they arrived that fast and on top of all that again JOSH HOWARD actually sent my package by US mail because it would save me 1/2 of the shipping and handling. I am so impressed with Portland Compressor company and their wonderful employees. I will definitely be doing business with this company again. Thanks Josh, for saving us money, you deserve a raise or a promotion.

These guys know their stuff and will work with you too. I bought an Ingersoll-Rand air compressor from them in the past and recalled seeing airless paint sprayers there. So when I needed a paint sprayer I remembered them and went in to have a look. Wow, they have a lot of paint sprayers! quite a few pressure washers too. By the time the day was over I had traded my old pressure washer in for a new one and a got the new paint sprayer I needed, a Graco to boot. I now have high quality gear that will last and got a deal on it. Thanks!

Went in to buy a paint sprayer. They had a large selection. Easy to deal with, non pushy sales people, will be back

they claim to be open 24 hours per day, yet you cannot reach anyone until 7:30am or after 5:00pm.
