I have been able to do something that I have wanted to do for years, Stop Smoking. Thanks to hypnosis I have been able to stop smoking after 48 years and have not gained any weight. A Big Thank You and keep up the great work.

I was having serious problems sleeping and Shirley did wonders for me! I had been down to 3-4 hours a night, but after a few sessions my sleeping patterns have returned to normal. I recommend!
