I have never been treated with so much disrespect ever. Over the last 6 years I have lost 76 pounds, cut my hair and dyed it platinum blonde. Every time I try to purchase tobacco here, the tall and lanky blonde haired man will never help me because he says I don't look like my ID, insinuating it's a fake. first when I go through the drive through, i always have my ID ready to show, He has never had to ask me for it, because I offer it to him. What person that carries a fake ID willingly offers it to be checked? Also I have a mole on my cheek and if he would have stopped for a moment to look at my picture and at me rather than just my hair color, he would see the distinguishing mark. I called the next day to complain, only to get him on the phone, at which point he said he was the supervisor, I couldn't speak to the owner because no one would help me anyway.. 2nd of all if my ID was fake, why would I call to complain, wouldn't I just go and try to use my ID elsewhere. I feel like I was treated very poorly because I lost weight and dyed my hair. I will be giving them a bad review on every site that I possibly can. and the last point, he is the only cashier I have issues with, I'm 33 and clearly old enough to purchase tobacco products. I have nothing good to say about this company, and I will not recommend them to anyone. Worst service and customer service ever.
