I had a CPAP fitting appointment scheduled for 12/21/15. When I had not received a reminder call by 12/18 I called to discover there was no RT scheduled to work that day and I had to reschedule to 11am on 12/29. When I arrived I was told I could not try on the 5 masks my doctor had asked me to choose from, but I could pick out one mask to try and return it in 30 days if it didn't work. When I said I would need to check with my doctor to see which one she would like me to try, Will barged into my appointment at 11:12, saying he didn't know how long this fitting was going to take but they had another appointment at 11:30 and they could reschedule me. That's when I left, saying I would not be back, ever. The RT, Linda, apparently not a regular employee, was great. The difficulty was administrative, not caused by her.

I agree this company is untrained, understaffed,, has no CPAP local employees, and fails to tell the truth about ordering equipment..



Do not waste your time attempting to do business with this company.

Quest Medical Equipment & Supplies is a joke. I was prescribed crutches a week ago. Tuesday I called Quest to see if my order was in. They said they just got it that day, had problems that week, but would have it processed by the end of the day. Then they never called back.



Today, Friday, I called again. They claimed (AGAIN!) that they "just got the order today." They said the crutches were ready. Then they called me back a few minutes later to say they didn't read the order right, and did not have them. They had no idea how long it would take to special order what I needed. When I complained, and called them out on lying about when the order was received, I was told, "Sorry. You can call someone else."
