I was a member for a little over 3 years and watched the place go downhill, especially when the new owners took over last year. It has been really hard to watch since it was once a happy and fun place to take my kids.

A few of the drawbacks are:

- Employee checks often bounce and when this happens employees don't show up which means childcare is closed and classes cancelled

- Unprecedented staff turnover (from my experience)

- Carpet and showers falling apart at the seams

- The equipment is always broken and not maintained and the place is pretty disgusting.

- One Friday in September 2013 someone left a big pile of human sewage in front of the front door

– if that doesn’t say something about the place I don’t know what would! - The staff that is still there are always unhappy and the general tone of the place is very depressing.

- Also, you have to pay for parking, which they claim to reimburse you for (don’t believe them).

I would not recommend going here under any circumstance!

They're making changes and unfortunately not for the better
