HORRIBLE!!!! Because the business has been around forever, you think you'd get good service. This would have been written two years ago (2014) but I only found their mistake this past November. In short: I took them my leaf blower to be repaired in Oct 2014. The counter guy, who barely could muster any energy (besides wipe his mouth while he ate a sandwich in front of me) took the blower & gave it a repair order. A day or two later, Mr. Sandwich calls me and tells me it's shot. Something to do with the intake. Can't fix it, would cost too much. Oh, & I paid $25 for this expertise. This is a $189 loss for me. I buy a new one online the same day. The broken one sat on my garage shelf for two years....until I changed the spark plug and air filter in Nov 2016 (a friend told me to try) PRESTO! With the same old gas, it fired up! Thanks Roy-Boy, for your complete incompetence. To everyone else, avoid this place like all get-out. P.S-- I still have the service tag from them on the blower they couldn't "fix." Tony in Sherwood, Oregon

I bought my new Stihl chainsaw here a few years ago, great service and a great product. I have been back several times to have chains sharpened and to buy some accessories. I highly recommend them.

Being a family-run business they treat me like a part of their own. I trust them entirely.

I live out of town and get equipment shipped for our business all the time. I used them when I lived in Tigard and since moved my business. I know and love them and would not use anybody else.

Being a mom and trying to manage my lawn is very time consuming. They assembled everything for me in-house and did a test run to make sure I knew how to use it they made it easy to bring home and use.

The staff goes out of their way to help me and my family. I am a returning customer. That is alwasy appreciated.

They keep a wide inventory which is always nice whenever I go there they usually have what I need. The good thing about this place is even if they do not have any in stock they’ll find a way to get it for me.

They do have competitive pricing but it is worth it. Quality work my chainsaw hasn’t worked this good since it was first purchased.

Nice staff to work with. Felt like they actually cared about me as a customer as they went out of their way to get me a part that they didn’t already have in house.

I appreciate all of the help they provided. They were able to me point me in the right direction for my lawn care needs.

I have had numerous mechanical problems with garden equipment, but I can always count on Roy-Boys to resolve my issues with a reasonable price, fast turnaround and extreme courtesy. They could give lessons to other companies on how to provide excellent service and happy customers.

I have been around going to RoyBoy's for decade or two. Nowadays, I go there mostly for my old Toro Rototiller. Each time I go there I am surprised at how well their workshop and front display space is organized and maintained. One time a couple of years ago I fixed up an old lawnmower, a classic 1970's self propelled Toro 22" rotary for my son who got it for free from a neighbor. It needed some carburetor parts and a brand new rotary cutting blade. Well, the attendant comes out from that back with a blade and blows the dust off of it, saying, "Boy, this has been here awhile, and I even got one more in back there!" I was happy! I left there with a smile on my face, and I was money ahead because I got a diaphragm for the carburetor, and a brand new blade all for around $35 bucks. Oh yeah, I also like driving by them now and again to see what they have on show lately in front of the building, too!
