First i'd like to point out that this is the only website with decent reviews about this company and that they are all from people named sally or jeremy, hmmm... that's strange. This company is now doing business as Dream City Auto, I was told by a manager that they changed their business name because they had such a poor reputation and had to fire many upper management. I bought a car from Royal Motors about 8 months ago, it's been nothing but problem after problem since then. I was told that I can bring it in, be washed from the loan and start over. Once I got back to the dealership ready to start on a new loan I was told I didn't have enough money, or credit and that they simply wouldn't make any money on this deal. They showed me cars that they liked, not that I liked, and said honda & toyota are too hard to get into so I can't have them. I've now filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General and contacted our families lawyer. I was told that it's my fault for buying a POS car from them and they didn't make me do it. Many other groups of people came in and out while we waited for hours and they all seemed to have the same experience we were having.

Very easy to work with. Jeremy really knows what he's doing. We bought two cars and it was painless. Great selection of cars and trucks and they are low miles and clean too.
