Provided by YPmobileI didn't believe the reviews I thought these people were just angry I just moved into Russellville haven't even been here for a month and the list of issues and complaints would fill up the entire yelp website
All "another review that says run"
The management is the equivalent of a high school lunch table it's run by self-centered young on educated children who are snarky rude and dismissive and unprofessional just to list a few
The biggest issue in this place is the noise without a doubt garbage trucks come three days a week as early as 4 o'clock in the morning shaking in banging the entire apartment complex
Most of the residents are either so young that you think that you're living in a college dorm and wondering who's paying these people's rent or they look like some kind of hoodlum and you're wondering how did this person even rent an apartment
Not to mention they want a lot of money for rent I'm paying over $1400 for a two bedroom apartment look somewhere else find a house get roommates do anything but move in Russellville I signed a 14 month lease and I already am kicking myself wishing I would've gone somewhere else if I hadn't just spent two weeks unpacking everything I go to a lawyer and find a way to break my lease save yourself the stress and time

Provided by YP.comI have lived here for 3 years and now that my lease is up im looking for a new place. The new management is awful and they are sharks. If this change didn't happen I would still be living here.

Provided by YP.comAt first I liked this place, then it became apparent that they cannot handle day-to-day problems that apartment management ought to be able to handle. We've had our fire alarm system go crazy in the middle of the night because of a glitch twice. The dryer machines often do not work. We've had a tenant who has been involved in domestic violence incidents several times (police have come twice) whom they have poo-pooed and at times completely avoided documenting the complaints we filed with the front office. Our building is secure access, yet the door if often left open allowing people to wander into the facility, and it is not tenants that leave it open. The apartment has left it open because of some maintenance problem they took forever to resolve.
This week two bikes were stolen from our garages. This happens, but the main problem is that the apartment management was well aware of complains that non-residents had been spotted in the basement area and that one of the vacant storage spaces had been used as a hot box. Our apartment often smell like pot even though there is a no smoking clause. It comes from the people below us (that's how strong it smells and how obvious it is that people are smoking in the apartment).
The current management is slightly better than the former, but not good. The only thing it has going for it is that it is close to MAX and the price is good. But if you want good management that responds to concerns you should look elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI have lived in Russellville for almost a year now. In this time the management has changed (I've been told this is not uncommon here and that the management has changed at least 4 times in the past 3-4 years). The new management is pretty awful. They are unresponsive, unreliable, and they border on insulting.
On several occasions, I put in noise complaints on my neighbors (after trying repeatedly to speak with them) and the management only document one of the complaints - and only sent one letter. Then, the neighbor filed a complaint on me for the same thing soon after receiving the letter from management. The management's response was to send me a letter - insinuate that I was harassing my neighbor - and tell me that it was "my word against theirs'. The neighbors are new. I have lived here without incident for over a year w/ no problems. I pay my rent every month on time; and, I've gotten along with all my previous neighbors. Now, these new people move in, and cause my living situation to become unbearable and the management tells me "it's your word against theirs" AND, while referring to my lease, articulate that my lease is up soon. So basically, if I don't like it move. It's crazy making. And I'm still living with the constant banging and thudding of my neighbors. Needless to say, I'm moving as soon as my lease is up.
Additionally, the construction of the buildings is sub par. The walls are thin and the insulation non-existent. The apartments are cold in the winter (impossible to heat) and hot in the summer (impossible to cool).
The neighborhood is not the safest place. It's not terrible but car break ins happen.
All in all, the complex is sub par and the management incompetent. It's way to expensive for all the problems you have to deal with. Don't get caught up in how the complex looks when you check it out - looks are deceiving. I strongly suggest that you look at other places the live.
