Keep a close watch on the stocky, bald guy with beady eyes; he handles dollar bills then he handles your food. If you bring it to his attention he may tell you the same thing he told me and that is. "you don't have to come to my business" he is soooo right. What I feel bothered this guy who identified himself as the owner, is that I was calm and kept my cool. Oh did he just glare at me as I left his establishment. Please note 2 visits approx. 8 years apart and each time he did not follow public health safety guidelines.

There is not much to say about "The Sausage Kitchen" but YUM YUM YUM!!! If you are in the area this is a GREAT place to stop in and grab a lunch to go. Smoked Salmon, Fresh Jerky and hand made Deli Sandwiches. They also will take in your fresh caught Salmon and smoke it for you or even bring in your fresh deer and they will cut it down and package it for you. All around great place.
