Janie, an administrator for court hearings is great. Not only did she perform her duties at the highest level, but she was sensitive and understanding toward my concerns. On top of that she offered to make copies of my entire file and send them to me. I almost declined as I was fairly disgusted by the whole process by then and didn't really believe her but then thought, "What can it hurt to give my address?"



About a week later, to my disbelief, a fat, manilla envelope arrived in the mail with the contents of my entire file. Sadly, I lost the case, but Janie is still the best.
