they suck so bad, charged 22,k for wiping down walls at a 1500 square foot home, left giant holes in walls, stole equipment, and are holding belongings hostage past 6 months now, but cashed and paid themselves 22,k within two days of the claim.......

i don't know what the other two people are bitching about. I used to work for that company and i know that they do their best to keep up with everything that is required in oregon. Also, i believe that if you found soot on your walls days after K. res. left, either you are imagining things or just plain lying because we spend all of our time scrubbing... BY HAND... ALL of the soot in a house on a fire job. If anything, you are the ones who give our company a bad name.

This company took advantage of us every chance they could get. We were charged for unnecessary equipment and overcharged for labor that we didn't see happening. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

1) Although a 24 hr service, when I called at midnight the man who answered made me feel like I was bothering him.2) Made it difficult to go through our stuff, corporate jobs were always given priority.3) Claimed the walls and floors were cleaned, however, there was a thick layer of soot on everything weeks after they were done.4) Took items from the house that should've been left - ie door knobs - when asked to return them they gave us a run around for months. Eventually we asked to be reimbursed, to which they responded we owed them thousands of dollars even though we were paid in full months prior.5) Lost several boxes of books and personal items.6) Charged us to have their staff move our belongings back - they sent three large men who each carried one box at a time and took breaks every 20 min.7) Charged us for cardboard boxes that they put only one or two small items in.8) INCREDIBLY expensive.9) Cleaning soot/fire damage is almost impossible, and they failed.10) Etc.
