I will never use Providences services again....I tried working out payment plans and they told me the amount I could afford wasn't good enough and that they wanted their money. I sent in a payment of what I could afford at that time. I asked them to send me a reciept of my payment and a statement of my bill so I could send in next monthes payment. They did not return a reciept or statement. Instead they sent me to collections. They sent me to collections for more than the amount before I had made a payment. (They did cash my check I sent them for 1st payment). And then when I'm working with people from collections I find that the reson why the bill is so much more is they have added other people's bills onto my account...There were bills totaling over $300 for a lady name Lupe....It would be different if I had been ignoring and ducking and dodging them but I was the one calling them trying to work things out. Also I had no idea I had a bill accurring until 5 monthes after the fact. Which at that point it had gone up to $785.00.
