Not sure if my review went through.

They had my packages at their Seattle, Washington warehouse for about 3 weeks. They never said why they held onto them so long. I tried several times to get them to explain why, but they kept changing the subject. They were rude on the phone. I was nice. I didn’t start getting frustrated until I knew for sure they were lying to me.

About a week later, they finally set up an appointment with me on Dec. 14, 2016, which was a Tues. They said the trucker would be there tomorrow between 1-2pm. I said okay. They called me back later and said he needed to be there between 8-9am because a snow storm was coming, which it was. I said that is fine.
I asked them to please have the trucker open my front gate, which is super easy, you just lift the metal piece up. FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, all open it no problem. I asked that he call and knock on my door so I don’t miss him.
The next day, I see a call at 9:48am. This is now Wed, Dec 15th. I call right away at 10am. They claim the truck left already. That he waited for like an hour. I said why didn’t he knock? Why did no one call? They claimed they called several times, left messages, etc.
(What trucker would wait an hour? They have a schedule to keep.)
Anyway, so I check my phone records and messages. Nothing. I said, “My phone only shows you called at 9:48, after the truck supposedly left. I said, why didn’t he knock on my door? Tori, a female that works there claimed that the trucker couldn’t open the gate. What? I said, it is super easy, everyone opens it no problem. She was just silent.

To shorten this story, they were very rude. I had to drive there twice to get my packages. Costed me $1000 just to do that.

I will never do business with them again. No one should.
