I will never use any company associated with CTL Management/Randall Group Inc again. The office or the credit companies made a mistake on my credit and it has been incorrect for years. Leslie, collections supervisor, seems to be the most miserable person. She clearly hates her life or her job and took it out on me. Ofcourse I have questions concerning why this mistake was made and how it will get resolved and how this will affect my credit. This mistake is not at all my fault and she seemed so bothered that I had questions. It was so bad I asked her if she was ok. I mean you never know something bad could of recently happened and maybe she didn't notice she was taking it out on others, but no. She made it clear and sarcastic she is fine and I am the problem. She continued to be rude and flat out mean. I asked if i could talk to a supervisor to go over my concerns and she said she is the supervisor and that I can't complain to anyone about her. After that she hung up on me. Im still in shock and doing everything I can to let her company know about her actions. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im now waiting for BBB to reply about the horrible interaction.
