Tire Trend LLC has the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I feel bad for U-haul as a company to be misrepresented by Tire Trend LLC, they were outright rude I gave them a $100 dollar cash deposit the day prior with intent to return the truck before they closed at 5pm which I did. I went to get my change the next day and they were belittling and dismissive when I mentioned they prematurely closed.



Tire Trend LLC came off as a business that has no investment in its customers' well being or satisfaction. they are there to do one thing make a profit at whatever or whoever's expense, definitely not my cup of tea.



I would not recommend their services. There are much more U-haul locations around this area this one just came to be the short straw of decisions. that was only a u-haul i couldn't imagine putting my faith in a company when $1000+ rim and tire combinations would be on the line.
