I've used Townhouse for boarding and grooming for 20+ years and have been very pleased and satisfied with Stacy and her crew. They have acted professionally and very caring with my pets. One of my current dogs is a rescue who has had issues dealing with people and he gets very excited when he goes in to be groomed or boarded. In the past, I have had aging dogs with medical problems which have been treated with care and passion. This facility and staff are great!

We take our cat TJ in for a lion cut once a year and even though he's a fiesty bastard they handle him so nicely ne never objects. When I'm there I never smell anything. I hear no critter fighting, barking, whimpering or meowing from the back room, the door to which is always open for you to peek in. They always have plenty of customers so people keep coming back, like us.

Townhouse pulled 40% of the undercoat of my Grandma's Samoyed out, and when she brought the dog home, she said he looked as if he had had a stroke because he was so traumatized. We are all very angry about this, especially because the manager tried to tell my Grandma it was her fault, and that she was just a bad owner. BULLS**T! Nobody talks to my Grandmother that way, and even less people abuses dogs in my fair city without hearing from me...Townhouse SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
