As it was an emergency that my child needed the medication yesterday but the Walgreens Pharmacist at this location was too busy to care.



She said, the prescription was discontinued! Really? She tells us after we waited for 45 minutes wondering if our order is ready?



She will call the doctor to get another prescription. Another 30+ minutes gone by.



Then she said she called and left a voice message but it was after hours so it won't be til tomorrow, this took another 30 minutes.



It was obvious that they were busy. There were 4 technicians + Pharmacist. Obviously, they couldn't handle the crowd.



The order should have been filled and saved us time and frustration.



Needless to say, doctor never got a phone call from the pharmacist regarding medication being discontinued.



We took our business to Costco and got our medicine the next day.



We will NEVER come back to this pharmacy again as long as the same pharmacist is employed.



This was not our first frustration from this pharmacy.
