Our company recently hired Westside Moving and Storage, as we had used them in 2008 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. In 2016, we had a two day office move. The first day went awful. Not only did their employee Tyler have a horrible attitude and work ethic, he was dishonest. Also, their "move coordinator" Shayna was horribly unprofessional in resolving customer service issues, was dishonest and caused turnover in our office due to how stressful the move was on our staff. We did receive a partial discount off our bill because of the issues, but the damage caused to our staff and company is irrepairable and really put a damper on our already stressful move.

The crew were amazing! They were "No Nonsense" & on task throughout the move. From beginning to end the office staff was extremely helpful & personal. FIVE STARS!

I moved locally, and they only moved the big stuff. They were very timely and professional. The only complaints I have is that they always rounded in their favor on the hours and there were some minor scratches on our headboard and a bookshelf.
