inappropriate and substandard care

If you love and care about your children do not take them here! This pace is dirty, and the staff is rude. I took my son in because he had an ear infection and sore throat. Dr. Lutfi spent less than 2 minutes in the room with my son. She said his ears looked "fine" Even though I knew something was wrong and I took him to another doctor who did agree he had an ear infection. She pried his mouth open and could not have possible have seen his throat with the amount of time she had his mouth open. She then proceeded to tell me about vaccines of which we do not use because of a severe allergic reaction to. And gave me attitude because I won't risk my son's life to make her job "easier" I don't know the last time they cleaned the room we were in there were finger prints all over the mirror that is next to the bed. I wouldn't put my child up there if his life depended on it. I am also filing a complaint with the State health board. This doctor and her office are aweful!
