My children had been going to this center for MANY YEARS then they got a new director. She is always unavalible, never resolves problem, she has you sign a contract then send out notices saying she is changing things, have come in several times to see teachers just sitting around talking to each other and not watching children, teachers are TOLD BY KATHY THAT THEY MUST REPORT TO WORK EVEN WHEN SICK BECAUSE OF RATIOS, and much more
