I went to crossroads to get a pregnancy confirmation. Afterwards I asked the doctor a question about my iron (I'm severely anemic) she left the room, brought back a laptop, and Googled my question right in front of me! And she wasn't even understanding my question. No matter how many times I tried to explain I wanted to know if the pregnancy would cause me to need more iron she just kept telling me "it says it's okay to take iron while pregnant". And their nurse gave horrible directions and severely bruised my hand with the way she drew my blood. Wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy!

We visited Crossroads Urgent Care Clinic in Portland Tn. today. The staff was friendly & professional. We loved Dr. Veronica Crawley. She made us feel very comfortable & answered all questions we had. We would highly recommend this clinic location.
