I would definitely recommend Signature Healthcare of Portland for rehab and skilled nursing care. My father was recently admitted for both rehab and skilled nursing care. The staff was extremely pleasant to all of the patients and to the family as we visited. I have heard many horror stories about nursing homes and was pleasantly surprised with the care provided at this facility. My father was always clean and well cared for, the nurses would even hand feed him in an effort to get him to eat. Many thanks to the staff for their kindness and compassion showed to my father with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
