Provided by YP.comA shame this is all barely coming out. We gave Sean a deposit for cut down some trees, level out backyard, and install sod and a flagstone patio. We then decided we would put in a sprinkler system so again gave him a 2nd deposit. Our job was to start April 2, 2018 and would take a week to complete. His crew came out and cut down some trees leaving a mess in our yard, leaving us to clean it up. Weeks later one employee came to take care of stumps. Then we kept waiting and waiting getting excuses that he was waiting on city for a permit. Finally came and dug some trenches for the water sprinkler and didn't hear from him again for weeks. You call and call and call with no response. He finally text back (instead of calling) with some kind of excuses as to why he's behind. We finally got a hold of him letting him know his lack of professionalism is unacceptable and we would be needing a refund. Told us her would work on some numbers and get back with us. Nope! Then said he got one deposit back and it would take 7-10 days but we haven't heard a word from him since. This is a scam business stealing money from people. My yard was left a mess for almost 2 months until I had to find someone to fix the mess and we still have not received any money back.

Provided by YP.comI recommend that you find someone else for your landscaping job, or do it yourself. Pro Tech was unreliable, had extremely poor quality of work and worst of all, acted unethically by charging my credit card without my knowledge or authorization when the work was not complete. If I could post a review with 0 stars, that is what this would be. That is the summary, details are below.
In late January I met with Sean of Pro Tech and he gave me a quote on installation of a French drain, small concrete pad with associated sod replacement, and vegetation removal and river rock installation in some flower beds. He quoted a duration of no more than two weeks to complete the work. Per the agreement, half of the quoted price was paid up front, and the other half would be paid when the job was complete. Work commenced at the beginning of February. Issues with quality of work and schedule became apparent early on, including: a) failure to install weed barrier before placing all of the river rock in the beds b) attempts to install sod directly on top of existing sod with no topsoil c) Continuing failure to meet commitments on completion dates.
While reviewing my credit card statement at the end of February I found that Pro Tech had charged me for the second half of the payment on February 17, when more than half of the work remained. I called Sean and asked him to refund the money until the work was done, as originally agreed. He said it was too much trouble to do this and said the work would be done right away. This did not happen. Poor quality of work persisted. When the concrete pad was finally poured, Pro Tech left a mess on my property and my neighbor's, which I eventually had to clean up as Pro Tech failed to respond after 4 days of requests. I continued to try to get Pro Tech to complete the work until March 22, and then I gave up. I am currently working through my credit card company to have the unauthorized charge disputed.
