The most affordable store in Portsmouth! Great deals on every rack. About 99% of their clothing is $20 or less. There were some sweaters that were $22 but they were from a brand I've seen in other boutiques for $65 and up so I still consider them an amazing price. The staff was friendly and helpful which I'd much prefer to being ignored. The salesperson helped me find three beautiful dresses for work that I've been given compliments on every time I wear them. I highly recommend 20 Below Boutique.

So disappointed in 20 Below Boutique! I've been in several times and always found something I liked, but this past weekend, went in and found the prices had changed to $22.00. I asked the clerk if the name of the store would change and she said, "No, that would cost about $2,000.00. Personally, I'd rather see them suck up the $2,000.00 than to continue to false advertise. I also walked in with a very warm winter coat on to which the clerk said, "Oh, I see you have a nice warm winter coat, we have some very nice winter jackets over here if you are interested." Honestly, I couldn't help my sarcastic nature and replied, "Well, seeing as YOU just pointed out that I am wearing a nice warm winter coat, I don't think I'm interested." She also went on to ask if I wore sweaters, I said I did NOT wear sweaters and she went and got one off the rack to show me. All around, it was thumbs down, for what once was my favorite shop to go into!
