Great experience. Took a lot of time with explanations of hearing loss/needs as well as a choice of hearing aids from different manufacturers that would most fit my needs. I was able to get a 3 year plan of service. And true to his word, it has been almost 3 years later and I have not paid a dime since I bought the hearing aids. The staff was very helpful and would get me in right away if i had any problems (which was only when i got my hearing aid wet or it needed cleaning).
