Worst service EVER! They lost my vehicle! They transferred it to another location without notifying me. They didn't even know what happened to it. I figured it out when I was getting calls from two locations. When I got my vehicle back, the driver's door didn't close right, the new grill they put on wasn't even painted to match the vehicle color, they left it flat black. The door handle is loose and something in the door rattles very loudly. Also, they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment, but the vehicle vibrates really bad when going down the road... it is VERY obvious that an alignment was NOT done. When I called them to talk about the problems with the vehicle, they never asked me to bring it back in so they could make it right, they just say that all work is complete and said that I owe them for payment in full. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to Key Collision Center... the services is horrible!
