I usually have liked this shop in the past, as I've lived in Portsmouth my whole life. I received a flower arrangement today from a loved one and, after viewing what it looks like on the website, I'm sorry to say it is a sad-looking replica. Lots of greenery and not the amount of flowers as shown (and the arrangement ordered was "as shown"). The flowers (roses and lilies) may open up a bit more and then make the arrangement look fuller, but on delivery, certainly not like the picture online, and certainly not worth the $60 paid. I probably would not order through this shop if I were buying flowers for someone else.

I have to say I have dealt with a lot of Flo-rest over the years but this one was the best yet.Great web site and the flowers I sent my wife are beautiful. Awesome job and service was excellent ......

I have run by the Portsmouth Flower Garden many times for last minute goodies for my family, friends or significant other. They are always extremely helpful, the prices are fair, and for the size of the shop, they have a great selection. Keep up the good work!

I am a long time and firmly committed customer of Portsmouth Flower and Garden Shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and they create extraordinary arrangements. Many times I have had rave reviews from friends and family on the beauty of the arrangements I've ordered from Portsmouth Flower and Garden. Additionally this shop is very community oriented and has very convenient hours - in short a wonderful choice for your floral and garden needs. Kudos to Fred and Karen for a wonderful shopping experience with fabulous floral results!

Whenever I purchase floral arrangements, I try to use local shops. I've used their service on more than one occasion, including our wedding, and they have always gone above and beyond. I can strongly recommend them to anyone.

I am impressed by the friendly service and quality of plants and flowers at Portsmouth Gardens. There are always great arrangements available in the cooler with a great variety of colors and prices. I've also had Portsmouth Gardens wrap assortments of flowers for a hostess gift..... and I've had excellent luck simply ordering over the phone for local delivery when pressed for time. There aren't many traditional greenhouses left that carry garden plants, houseplants, arrangements for special occasions and tasteful funeral bouquets all under one roof....and at reasonable prices. Portsmouth is lucky to have this gem! It's worth a visit!

I have bought arrangements, seeds, and greenhouse vegetable plants from this family owned business for years. They are local and care about their customers and their reputation. They are great!!!
