We are the sellers involved in the sale of a house. We contacted Red Door a month before closing to tell them we were a mail away closing. Now two days before closing, they claim to have not known this info (we have email proof). They also had the wrong closing date despite being told by us it was a week earlier (also email proof) which may delay our closing. In addition, we qualified for a tax exemption and their communication upon receiving this was poor. We had to email twice to confirm they received this. Very poor communication throughout this process. Would not recommend.
