Please BEWARE of Dr Hails! She is not a dermotologist. She is not a plastic surgeon.. She is an emergency room doctor!

She does not have the extent of education in this field as other doctors in the area!

Please do your homework as we have Drs. in our area who have higher qualifications and do this for a living. I have never even met this Doctor Hails after two meetings to discuss and 2 procedures. She doesn't do the procedures herself such as Thermage, Restalyne, Perlayne, Botox. She has her staff do all this. I have been to many Drs. in the area and always, always a Dr does the procedure with an assistant in attendance.

I was a bit concerned the first time but the second time I was shocked that Dr was not in attendance. I was told I would be charged if I did not have procedure and was told I would lose my $1000 deposit. Results were poor and they used 3 times more product than Mass General Doctor for same procedure! Which in turn added upto 3 times more money.

A spa with massages maybe fine but please go to the educated trained medical Drs. for any treatment. You deserve better than Dr Hails.

She did e-mail me to let me know that I would be charge $425 for a cancelled appt due to snow and ice on roads though.....I hope you all get the picture.
