Terrible. Only gave one star because i can't give zero or negitive stars. This company is to busy micromanaging and sneaking into your apartment, especially the property manager, to deal with real issues. Our unit had birds and squirrels running inside our ceiling (which was just office tile ceiling) for months, with repeated requests to take care of the situation. Finally they "took care of it" through a temporary fix after I threatened to call the Building Code Department at the City of Portsmouth. The property managers constant intrusions and unprofessionalism caused my fiancee to become so uncomfortable that she blocked both his and the companys number. Even then the property manager tryed to connect with her through Voxer.
If you have the unfortunate luck of dealing with these people, make sure you record and save any correspondence with this company as the property manager like to threaten to call cops because my 2-year old is making noise at 10am and "disturbing" the "business" downstairs. Who puts a doctors office below an apartment is beyond me. The property manager also likes to resort to name calling and threats to bring you to court, for no reason whatsoever.
Renters beware.
