I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BE IN TOUCH TO ANYONE! The place is absolutely terrible. Time and time again I have looked past the issues with this business and continued to spend my money there. The owner, "Josh" has no concept of professionalism or customer service. He is blatantly rude and condescending to people. Will talk to you like you're an idiot. He will straight up ignore you. If you ask him a question he will snap at you. Chomping on pizza and typing on a computer (not looking up from it) while waiting on customers. It's clear he does not value his customers whatsoever. Most people describe him as a total dick. He is the worst!
Not to mention that I have heard from several people in Portsmouth that he is notorious for routinely buying STOLEN cell phones from the same people over and over again and then reselling them. It's a surprise he hasn't been charged with receiving stolen property yet.
Don't get sucked in to this place like I did! Stay away from it!
