I have been a Cox customer for a little over a year now. I am now changing gas companies because I called Cox to refill my tank over a week ago and they've yet to do so, just replaced my gas fireplace and with the old one, I kept calling them to come check for a gas leak, they NEVER CAME....turned out we had a gas leak and found out when it got me very sick! I would NEVER recommend Cox to anyone. Waiting until my gas runs out and then returning the tank...switching another gas company. Currently building a new home with gas appliances and gas heat...will NOT use COX!
