WE PAID $60 FOR GARBAGE Everything was cold, we were charged for things we didn't order (I told them we didn't want it & I was told I couldn't change the order. so for arguments sake, I paid for it.) Our sandwiches were cold and drowned in mayo, french fries were like sticks of rubber and my antipasto salad was 99% lettuce... not loaded with veggies like other Giovannis do. When I asked for the managers name he replied "I Giovanni" & said they were not responsible for the quality of the food once it left the restaurant! it was a carryout order!! he said he knew I was lying because they "don't make mistakes like that" & they have "never had a complaint." He then asked "are you done now?" I said, "No, I would like to know what you're going to do about this." He said, "I'm not going to do anything about it because it's not our responsibility to make sure you're happy or that you like the food." and hung up. I have never complained about everything in an order. Worst experience ever!

My dog will not, I repeat, will not eat bread of any kind. When I gave him a piece of plain crust from Giovanni's he ate it! The New York style folding crust makes the pizza. I asked the waitress, and she said they make it fresh once or twice a day. BTW, their large is 18" and Domino's large is 14", the Giovanni's large is 1.65 times the pizza as the puny14". Their Italian sub and Chicken Alfredo are delicious as well.
