Jeff really cares about his customers and the staff are amazing, very responsive & helpful. I would highly recommend him as an agent.

He is more concerned with finding ways to get out of paying a claim than the well being of the customer who suffered a loss. Both times that I needed help, he found a way to not pay. This last time was really awful. Even State Farm told me he should've paid. But what do you do? I'm going to a different agency. You should too!
