Schuyler Ridge Residential Health Care is a nonprofit, 120-plus-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility managed by Seton Health, a comprehensive health care system. It is spread across an area of more than seven acres and is located in Clifton Park, N.Y. Schuyler Ridge Residential Health Care offers a spectrum of residential, health and supportive services to geriatric residents. It provides dental care, ophthalmology, audiology and wound care services, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies. The facility meets all participation requirements of Medicare and features semiprivate and private rooms, dining areas and a beauty salon. Its staff includes physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and primary care aides. Schuyler Ridge Residential Health Care also conducts several recreational activities.
