Tom personally came to my house on a Sunday to check out the job. I wanted to convert an electric stove to a gas stove, He gave me an estimate and his employees were at my house bright and early the very next day. The job was finished and was less than the original quote. I have used Tom Peters Plumbing & Heating on a furnace emergency and Tom was quick to respond, got the job completed and the price he quoted was right on the money. I would not use anyone else when it comes to plumbing & heating. Tom Peters is the best!!

I use Tom Peter's service over a year ago this guys wanted to ripped me off.

I had to do a job with my furnace and I explained him that I knew how to do the job I just didn't know how to bleed the furnace after I finish the job and fill it again and that is why I was going to hire him to do the whole job. We agreed that this was a one man job and should take no more than an hour or two if there was any inconvenient.

They day of the job two guys showed up home they spend good 20 minutes criticizing the previous plumbers job then one guy started to bring tools while the other was waiting and making jokes.

Finally after 45 minutes they got the job done but finance didn't come up. The asked me for the owners manual of the furnace and look for the customer service phone number, without any other effort to fix the problem they sat down to wait for the operator to pick-up the phone and they were just talking and joking. After a while I got anxious and went over the steps they did. I found out that they didn't bleed the system well and since my furnace is modern it will not turn on if the air is not bleed completely.

The guys started to make jokes about how bad was that I ended-up doing the part of the job that I hire them to do. Sadly when I received the bill was for two guys two hours.... so according to Mr. Peters it was fair to paid for one extra hour for two guys making jokes on my basement, because according to him they were professional enough to stay at home and not leave the house until the problem was solved, even if they were making jokes while waiting for the operator to pick-up the phone.

Great service, honest and fast. I manage many commercial properties and trying to find mechanical people with consistent integrity is tough. These guys are great, now if I could just find an electrician who doesn't charge $1000/day!
