I figured it was time to update their rating! I felt they were extremely nice and took care of sending my package. I even put the wrong address and they pulled the package for me until i came back to change it. They were awesome! Thanks!

I hate going to this post office. Everyone is so rude and mean. I live in Portsmouth and travel to the post office in Bristol where the people are nice so I dont have to face these monsters. Today was my final straw with Portsmouth and will never go there again. I paid for my postage online and the UPS site said that I did not have to wait in line and I could drop the package off on the counter. Well when I tried to drop it and leave the old man working the counter told me to stop and get in line. When I pointed out to him that the reason I paid online was so i wont have to wait in line he yelled t me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. If I could give this post office a negative rating for customer service it would be -100 because every one of them is rude and mean. This post office should be closed permanently because they are bad for business. I am 49 years old and don't need these monsters. They treat customers like Hitler treated the Jews.
