MY WHEEL FELL OFF OF THE VEHICLE WHILE I WAS DRIVING AWAY FROM BOB EWELL!!!! I recently took my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica to Bob Ewell to have the brakes evaluated for replacement. The vehicle has 78k miles and the brake pads/rotors are original. They recommended only replacing the front pads/rotors and told me that the rear pads had 80% life remaining and did not need replacing. After they finished the work, I went to pick up the vehicle. When I was driving away, I heard a rhythmic noise and decided to turn around to go back and ask them about it. As I was making a u-turn, the LEFT REAR WHEEL FELL OFF OF THE VEHICLE AND WENT ROLLING PAST ME as my van skidded to a stop with the brake rotor and suspension making contact with the asphalt. The owners (Danny and Lacy) were very apologetic and agreed to fix everything. They kept the vehicle for several more days, did not offer me a rental vehicle, and tried to do the bare minimum to fix it. I had to ask for them to have the wheel resurfaced when there was obvious physical damage to many parts of the wheel. Both Danny and Lacy told me multiple times how much the repairs were costing them and they became increasingly irritated with me as I continued to hold them accountable for fixing the damage that was caused to my vehicle as a result of it being at their shop. When I finally picked up the vehicle, it had vibrations that were not there before and I ended up taking it to the dealership to be looked over. The dealership said that the vehicle needed an alignment and the rear rotors and pads needed replacing. Their inspection showed heat damage on the rotors (understandable after 78k miles) and about 50% pad life left. I called Danny at Bob Ewell and asked if they would be willing to pay for the $130 alignment. He told me that I was trying to scam him and hung up the phone while I was still talking. Please save yourself the headache and DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BOB EWELL!!!

I went to Bob Ewell with a failed inspection sticker and repair from Hall Hyundai for $4500. Danny and his team did AL of the work that was needed in less than a week's time for about $2000 and got me back on the road. They get ALL of my future business.

It was great. People were very polite.

The tech was extremley thorough because I watched everything he did. I would definetlly go there if you need your car inspected!!

We came here at Ewell Tire Service for a state inspection. It was highly recommended by a family member, especially for inspections, so we decided to give it a try.

Towing the Montero from Shrewsbury back to Woodbridge was awesome, you guys are the best!

Friendly & quick service got my vehicle inspected & suggestions on future maintenance that wasn't just the fella trying to drum up business as he recommended other shops as well. I mean, I hope I don't have a need to go back until my state inspection next March, but still, they were polite & thorough.

Love this place..Ever one was very polite state inspectors awesome at their jobs the mechanics work fastI come here every year don't go anywhere else . Inspector Sean Inspected my car and the mechanic that worked on my car, Ross, did a very good job highly recommend both of them very reasonable prices also the owner Danny is an amazing guy..
