Due to Mr. Chapmans and his team hard work, I had a felony possession charge thrown out completely. Highly recommend this attorney.

Chapman is the BOMB.COM. So personable he is, and isn't RUDE like some attorneys can be. If you want an attorney whom bullies? He is NOT it. He also makes PEACEFUL decisions based on off of his expertise in knowing that his clients best interest is the most important in the end. I wouldn't trade him for the world as I appreciate the hard work he has put in for me and my family for years! Keep up the good work Sir Chapman! #Salute#

I give this business a big fat----- 000000 he is the worst lawyer I have ever used he has screwed my case up so bad I can not even see my DR.. he does not call you back and he will lie to you on the phone and tell you he is working on your case and come to find out he is not .... he sucks as a lawyer I tell everyone I know not to use him he is the worst lawyer in Portsmouth va I have ever used and I have used a few. ........
